WATER TRUCK DRIVER – ALAMOGORDO, NM
Permanent – Full Time

Safely operate a water truck to transport water to plants, yard and other job sites as needed. Operates equipment on vehicle to load, unload, or disperse water or cargo. Cleans, inspects and services vehicle. Maintains truck log and record of material transported. Applies traffic laws, following established traffic or transportation procedures. Performs tasks involving physical labor and/or equipment operating when not operating the water truck. CDL Class A/B with Tanker Endorsement required.

HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR – ALAMOGORDO, NM
Permanent – Full Time

This role includes employee relations, benefits and compensation, workers compensation, and organizational development. This position reports directly to the Controller.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage all recruitment activities for both exempt and non-exempt job vacancies including advertising, applicant tracking, screening, interviewing, pre-employment screens, pre-employment paperwork, and onboarding for two different companies.
- Manage new hire reporting and wage garnishments.
- Advise and participate in matters of employee supervision, discipline, performance management and discharge.
- Administer and coordinate all activity for company health, welfare and other benefit programs for current employees.
- File and administer workers compensation claims and assist management with investigations and reviews. Track lost time accidents and maintain OSHA 300 logs.
- Compile, review and process timecard entries for weekly payroll processing.
- Accurately perform Certified Payroll duties.
- Prepare and review quarterly state and federal tax returns, and year-end W-2′s and ACA reporting.
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations including annual EEO-1 & VETS 4212 reporting.
- Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. Human Resources certification preferred. Excellent organization, communication, administrative and creative problem solving skills required along with a demonstrated ability to manage conflict.
