WATER TRUCK DRIVERS – ALAMOGORDO, NM
Permanent – Full Time

Safely operate a water truck to transport water to construction sites. Operates equipment on vehicle to load, unload, or disperse water or cargo. Cleans, inspects and services vehicle. Maintains truck log and record of material transported. Ensures that all traffic laws, safety, compliance and DOT requirements are followed at all times. Performs tasks involving physical labor and/or equipment operating when not operating the water truck. CDL Class A/B with Tanker Endorsement required. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation, drug screening and physical.

CONCRETE MIXER DRIVERS – ALAMOGORDO, NM
Permanent – Full Time

Class A or B CDL to drive mixer truck to transport Ready-Mix to specified destinations. Assists in loading and unloading truck manually. Obtains customer signature or collects payment for goods delivered and delivery charges. Cleans, inspects, and services vehicle. Operates equipment on vehicle to load, unload, or disperse materials. Must be able to lift extension chutes weighing up to 50 pounds. Keeps record of materials transported. Maintains truck log. Maintains radio or telephone contact with dispatcher or supervisor to receive instructions or be dispatched to new location. Ensures that all traffic laws, safety, compliance and DOT requirements are followed at all times.

HR DIRECTOR – ALAMOGORDO, NM

The HR director’s primary objective is to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire organization. The following duties and responsibilities compose this position:• Manage recruitment activities for exempt and non-exempt job vacancies • Manage new hire reporting and wage garnishments • Advise and participate in matters of employee supervision, discipline, performance management and discharge • Administer and coordinate all activity for health, welfare and other benefit programs for current employees • File and administer workers compensation claims and assist management with investigations and reviews, track lost time accidents and maintain OSHA 300 logs • Prepare and review ACA Reports, Maintain and update company policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment regulations including annual EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reporting • Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. Human Resources certification preferred. Excellent organization, communication, administrative and creative problem solving skills required along with a demonstrated ability to manage conflict.
